“The District of Chetwynd and the Peace River Regional District engaged Venture Pacific as Construction Managers in 2008 for a $9 million dollar renovation and expansion of the Chetwynd & Area Receation Complex (arena, curling rink, leisure pool).  The project is in progress and scheduled   for completion in 2010.  Venture Pacific has proven to be a very   experienced and professional firm providing excellent construction management services to this complex and sometimes difficult project.  I can highly recommend them for similar projects.  My recommendation is also to bring   them on as early as possible in the project, not just as Construction   Managers but as Project Managers, something we didn’t do that would   have helped resolve many difficult design issues early on.  They have much to add to the design team (architects and engineers) and having them   involved as early as possible will greatly benefit the  project.”
